When I open Osu, I have 17ms and 60fps. I always have to wait for up to 10 minutes for it to go back to normal (2ms, 120fps). The problem came out of nowhere and I didn't do anything specific that could have caused it.
At the same time, I got another problem because one day later I opened Osu, but most of my maps were gone. I then reloaded them with F5, and they all came back except for most of my local scores. Those that were left mostly didn't have a replay anymore (button under the score).
