my computer couldn't start osu! so i decided to delete osu and reinstall it. however, I cannot uninstall osu! from the 'programs and features' section of windows, as I have manually deleted all the files of osu! in appdata. Then when I try to install osu! over 'osu updater' again, I get 'not responding' error. I wonder if this problem is anyone's osu to me! can it be solved by sending local files?
