[Archived] osu changes screen rr to 60hz and blackscreen.

Problem details: tried everything even format windows but this keeps happening since last month, also a carpet called "Localisation" gets downloaded every time, still happening after trying different drivers and without
amd panel, what should i do???

osu! version: Stable 20230206 (latest)

Edit: i changed rr to 144 in game configuration files and keeps restarting my pc when i try to run it.

i have the exact same problem the game forces 60hz even tho windows running on 144, no way to change it in game and changing it in the config file doesnt do anything either

Which graphic card you have? i use radeon 6600xt and i people keep saying is this card drivers or something i just dont know because i changed drivers and is the same lol
