You use stable fallback and don't work with sliderendcircle. Switch to latest stable.
idk what i should type but this skin is pretty much enjoyable, one thing that i like to see is the mania layout and the lifebar layout that somehow looks like some persona(s) theme 
also im a ctb player and i find the just the white circiles make it harder to track i think maybe adding more shapes or making the use all the colors in your skin would be nice other than the the skin looks amazing

The only issue I have with it is that notes get under the decoration on the bottom right of the screen (because I use an ultrawide monitor). Is there any way to fix this?
