Problem details: For some reason during gameplay, sometimes my game goes completely black, only sound plays, but sometimes it doesn't play any sound at all. Sometimes it even makes the windows button not work, and the only way out of the game is Alt+F4. If I go back into the game, it updates then opens up, but then the problem occurs again sooner or later. I tried looking at the games settings and seeing if compatibility mode is off, and it is. I really don't understand what may be the issue, and I hope someone may have a solution.
