Problem details: Tried to play OSU with 0 Universal Offset. Gone Terrible. Searched on YouTube how to find your OSU Universal Offset, not helpful, didn't work and no this is not a skill issue. Anyone Please Help me. Thanks.

Hm. Are you playing with bluetooth headphones, speakers, or anything that may provide delay? Are you using anything to enhance your audio drivers?

No. I used a wired keyboard, wired mouse and nothing to enhance my audio drivers.
