The Beatmap you're trying to upload is too big. Try compressing the Video/Audio.
before compressing video/audio, check if you mapped the whole song first, or just sure that there's one object at the end of the map. Upload limit is drain time dependant and it can come in handy if the audio file you map is long enough.
