[Archived] Beatmap pending slot more than intended?

Problem details:
One time, I was able to have up to 13 pending beatmaps when I had a supporter tag. But now my beatmap slot is reduced to 8 without supporter tag. Why am I receiving one more beatmap slot than intended? I should've only have up to 12 pending maps, right?

You have 4 ranked maps. That's the reason why pending slot has increased to 8.

The pending slot is 4 + 4 ranked maps without supporter, and 8 + 12 ranked maps with supporter.

I know my default beatmap slot is 4, and add by 4 for the total Ranked maps I have. It doesn't add up if I could have 13 instead of 12 pending maps at the same time.
