Taiko beat map difficulty not correct?

today i was editing my first ever Taiko beat map well pretty much my first ever map in general and i have the difficulty set too hard 5 star and ive been mapping it as a hard map how ever the map keeps saying its a 1.8 star is it because of lack of something in the map or?

Not sure what you mean. Star rating is calculated based on the difficulty of the map, not based on the name of the difficulty. Just because you have insane doesnt mean the star rating is going to in the insane range (whatever that even means).

Edit: I've looked at the map and it is completely not in the 5* range.

There is a lack of something in the map, and it's missing notes, and it is missing difficulty in those notes.
