This step is to time the mp3 that you have with the video. Chances are your audio file and your video file are not in sync. Using Goldwave, it's as simple as opening the mp3, go to edit->insert silence. Then add and remove silence until you are satisfied.
There you go! Only one program had to be downloaded, and now all your beatmaps can have a video attached to it!
Add your video, save the file then look for the following line:
[Events]You can change the offsetMs then load the beatmap. Note that this will only work for offsets greater than around 500ms (the minimum sync precision for video in osu!)
