Hello everyone o7, I've been working on templates and guides for staff members for monthly 1-day tournaments I've been hosting for around 8 months or so. I'm not sure why I haven't provided these templates in many places yet, so I thought I'd link them here. Some of these templates are moderately to heavily based on some templates made by others. In those cases, I've made sure to leave their names on the spreadsheet somewhere to ensure their work is credited. I also recommend looking at others' guides and templates if these don't work well for you. DM me on Discord at Juno#4215 with any questions or concerns.

osu! Comprehensive Tournament Role Guide
This is a 50ish or so page guide I've made consisting of every tournament role based on my own experiences running tournaments. For any area outside of my experience or too lengthy (such as what constitutes "good map pooling"), there are resources linked at the bottom of each section linking to other guides I've located. These guides also include things like setup installation for chat4osu (for refereeing) and how to set up OBS depending on if you're streaming with laser or not, something I haven't seen in many other guides. If you'd like to suggest edits or provide information, DM me on Discord at Juno#4215.
BBCode Generator
This sheet lets you generate staff lists using either profile tags or with a standard clickable link along with country flags. Make sure the country codes are lowercase.
1v1 1-Day Tourney Admin Sheet
This admin sheet is the one I use for my monthly tourneys. It has most typical functionality of an admin sheet (player registrations, filtering, sorting players by different means). This admin sheet is not meant to be an all in one sort of thing, it does not have qualifiers or anything else you might see in a longer form tourney. This is because it is meant to be relatively simple to use for first-time hosts and for 1-day tournaments. It is still relatively robust and support tourneys of up to 3 divisions, so I hope you'll consider it (working on a Team Vs. one). Instructions on are the spreadsheet.
1v1 Ref Sheet
This is my customization of D I O and LeoFLT's referee sheet with some added functionality. It has a relatively easy to use interface and includes quality of life features like direct links to match tabs on the schedule page. Instructions are in the spreadsheet.
Team Vs Ref Sheet
This is almost identical to the 1v1 Ref Sheet but has an extra page for team names and slight changes. It functions almost exactly the same. Instructions are in the spreadsheet.
Multi-Iteration Pooling Sheet
This is a spreadsheet that I would recommend using for tourneys that repeat frequently. There is functionality built in to count the amount of times a map has been pooled, which is useful for tourneys that have double-digit iterations and are trying to avoiding pooling maps twice. It also functions as a typical pooling sheet. Instructions are in the spreadsheet.
