how do blue timing-stamps differ from green ones?

Hello! I can't understand how the blue labels differ from the green ones (screenshot). I looked at their settings - there seems to be no difference. Please explain

Those blue lines are bookmarks, they have no use whatsoever gameplay wise. They are only there for the purpose of bookmarking a certain point on the map.
