Hi, I really wan't to get my new map Ranked. But i don't know how to Rank it, Does someone know how to rank it?

just get one of these guys (groups/28) interested enough to rank your map. try messaging them if they'd be interested to nominate one of your maps

Get some hypes, find some BNs and you’ll be set.

It is definitely important to read three things above as a new mapper before ranking a beatmap.
