Move offset to -489 on both difficulties so that the downbeat is correct for the metronome. This shouldn't unsnap anything.

01:07:863 (3,4) - Maybe add clap on 3 and end of 4? If you do, remove the clap from 5. Just feels empty here since you don't have that beat to continue the pattern.
01:36:329 (5) - remove new combo
01:51:159 - Really want a note here. ;_;
