if the title gave you a stroke, what I basically mean is that the workplace of the storyboard is not aligned with the workplace on the compose section. Is there a way to move it? or it's literally just fixed the way it is.

It's been a thing since the dawn of time, and it's mainly because of how scaling works between the editor and storyboard editor.
