There should be a System where you can Submit plays to get a Pass or Fc Medal especially around the 10* region as there are only very few Nm Maps. Ofc it would need to be checked over by Bots or maybe Employees so it is actually legit but that would grinding for a 10* Pass medal for most people way better as there is more to choose from. Especially when almost half of the 10* are some that are made to be cheesed. It could work over Discord Tickets in the official Osu! Game Discord server or over a button over the Top plays on your profile.
With PP on the other Hand, I do not know if it´s a great Idea as it would then probably be exploited in some way but that is not up to me to think about as I am not a PP Farmer xD
Of Course all of the plays submitted should be on approved/submitted Beatmaps and maybe they also shouldn´t be set on Maps that one own has created as it will then be mapped to their personal preference for an easy Medal
