Why isn't there a map cover?

hello, I made a map, in the folder with the map there is a video and a screenshot for the background. But, having laid out the map, I noticed that there is no preview of the map on the site.
The map was posted more than a day ago. please help me solve the problem.

change the name of the video and background image files to unicode characters.

edit: yep, im dumb meant non-unicode characters.

you're suggesting the very cause of the problem as a fix

ascii characters are the solution. basically, just get rid of the Cyrillic letters in your filenames
