classified? i assume you want to know how to ranked a beatmap. so try to read this wiki too then: wiki/en/Beatmap_ranking_procedure
to summarize, try to get some feedback/mods for your beatmap and ask some player/mapper/bn to testplay your beatmap whether it's already good or not.
after that, if you think that your beatmap is good enough and don't need another feedback/mods, try to get 2 bn to nominate your beatmap (you can check their status here: https://bn.mappersguild.com/)
your map will be moved to qualified section (as you mentioned classified) for 1 week before your beatmap becomes ranked.

you'd have to find people to mod your maps yourself, go to the modding forum or the #modreqs chat channel ingame or this (third party) website: https://osumod.com/

do note that there's a 99.99999999999% that your first map will never reach ranked, but don't be demotivated! the more maps you finish the better you become as a mapper!
