I tilt my head to the right when I play.
I also spin spinners clockwise.
Sometimes I pretend that a map has ninjaspinners between notes that are 1/1 away from each other on the timeline. Though that's not a very consistent thing, and is really only when I'm just pooting around and not playing for super srs.
On that note, I also tend to hit notes between notes in Taiko for no reason. Watch this for more information. I can blame Cyclone for that one, I think, though I'm obviously not very good at it.
Also, if I don't start a combo with my left hand in Taiko, I go all asgadfkjdfhgdfag and fail all over it.
Oh oh, I also count how many notes are in a stream !

I play like as if I'm on drugs whenever I'm playing bad, doing weird jumps, spinning like crazy etc.

When i about to get #1 or get a XH rank (SS+hidden mods) arms goes numb, losing reflexes, resulting in last-note miss or nice string of 100s

I hardly ever blink when playing a srs map, yes it hurts in the post-game

I often rage-retry a song if i got 100 in the beginning of a song, even though I'm not doing a #1 run and it won't affect me much

Does spinning clockwise counts as a weird habit?

I spin small if there's an object 1/2 beat after a spinner, i spin large if there are no object post-spinner (break time or end map)

Srs play always gives me misses, while relaxed play (or just for fun play) gives me insta-FC, even as far as insta-#1

When getting a good combo, I happen to notice and get nervous. Legs shake, and my mouse movements become erratic, which results in a combo break. :cry: Also,raeg if it counts.

I always spin with right click and it's always counter-clockwise. Otherwise, I simply get edgy and nervous when it's a seriously long song and the combo is above 700.

Like many others I get too nervous when someone spectates me. It feels too uncomfortable that I start missing notes and end up stopping the game xD

Another thing is that I tend to do spinners suddenly even when there aren't any. I play with a tablet and use z/x sometimes so I keep my fingers on z and x, when I lose I start pressing them quickly to bring out the anger.

I always tap the mouse when I use the keyboard.

I find myself over using one key, even during streams.

I start a song with both hands on QW and OP, simulating my stepmania position.

I shake my head when doing spinners. It makes songs more fun. Trust me.

During the breaks, I press z on the left wall and x on the right wall.

The stars bounce off them. :P

When spinning, I lift my head, hold my breath, have a horrible face (>.<) and tense my right arm and shoulder -> this has caused me a tendonitis during June 2010 (that explains the big drop you can see in the graphic on my profile page lol). Also, my mouse is sometimes flying off the desk for more speed :D

General :
  1. I play at least 6 of my 190 own maps.
  2. PMing Didou or other taiko players
  3. Editing songs (No wonder why I have 190 maps of mine now)
Standard :

Taiko :
  1. This happens on stepmania too, random tapping before the song starts.
  2. When there are breaks, I try to make a fictive pattern that I would add if I made a taiko, or redoing another diff's pattern (Shrill False [Normal] where I do the [LKs's Hard]'s pattern.
  3. Rarely, I do weird styles. LOL
While editing Taiko maps :
  1. Making crazy patterns. Look at the Flan-Chan no Ongaku Kyoushitsu map, I did WTF pattern (Thus I can't pass it, unlike the old Taikomiza 495 LOL)
  2. Trying to get a specific number of notes for ranked maps like Rokodo does for some (FCNOK = 999; Indecent = 765 and that sort of things)

Sometimes I get nervous and my finger doesn't respond. This usually happens when I'm going for S rank.

Also, sometimes I whisper the lyrics or tune of the song randomly.

^this and usually I don't even notice it before my neck starts to hurt. Doesn't really make it harder to play though. I also have to check the chat on every break and I play without the score, accuracy or combo numbers. They tend to distract me.

Or

getting a miss on the first 5 notes on a map, ignore it, and then FC the rest of the map, and then proceed to plant my two palms on my face.

I seem to place my left forearm parallel to the front of my desk, usually with my fingertips holding down the mouse pad. This should change, if I bother to use the keyboard and also get a mouse pad which will actually stay put. Damn you, Steelseries; the QcK Mini's supposed to be a decent pad.

I have a bad habit of when I mess up one, I tend to get off-beat and mess up every single other note after that.
Also I always have to move my mouse, I can't let it stand still for some odd reason.

rarely on planned S'ed map, this is happened 3 times.. always happens before final spinner approaches..

I wash my hands before playing. I also wash my hands if something just doesn't want to work. I keep paper under my hand so i can move the tablet's pen easily. I can't play without having my hair on a ponytail... Weird...

the last time i farmed for score this happened to me a lot
but now i can't farm anymore though (quitting after i miss lol)

With some songs if they are way intense i stop breathing for a bit until there's a break or i miss a note

Or if i have been trying to do a song for ages and finally get near the end my hand shakes >.> or it stiffens up

Spinning fast when I feel there's a spinner coming, even though there's not..
During break time, pause the game then browse the net (usually 9gag or facebook), then return to playing the game.

I rub my lip when I get nervous or really focused.

Also, when playing a song to FC or trying to get a S, one miss = RAGE, then retry right away.

any miss when trying to FC/100% = rage/curse but instant retry

and i tend to get nervous and screw up like 75% of the time on very long songs, it's actually really irritating :(

and as for weird i dunno, i press d and f rapidly sometimes during breaks.

I play with SuddenDeath mod all the time, and strive for 100% Accuracy. Which is why I often intentionally misses either the very last note or just the note right after the one where I got 100 or 50; or simply rape the "Retry" button.

EDIT: Also, I happen to always hover my cursor to the middle of the window when it comes to Breaks. This is because I sometimes play with Flashlight mod, and you can get a full bright view of the storyboard, video, and/or background image if you do it. I now always do it even without using Flashlight mod. :P
