8gb is enough but having 16gb will probably better for the long run, but if your really don't have much money then just go for a 8gb.
if you don't have money now but you will have money later then just buy 1 stick of 8gb 3200mhz ram, then you can just buy another one later when you have more money. Although if you go with this option then I would recommend going for an intel build, as amd systems don't like single sticks of ram.

Any modern machine should have at least 12 Gb of ram. Anything less is too little for the ram eating monsters that are the web browsers of today.
go 16 for future proofing reasons
8 is barely cutting it in 2022, and youre definitely gonna have some noticeable issues here and there

when i stream i barely use 4gb so i think 8gb is good

If you want to do video editing for these purposes, use 32GB of DDR4, recommended at 3600MHz.
for recording and streaming osu and minecraft 8gb is fine (did it myself some time ago https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CnoLzMZKmk4&ab_channel=Polyspora) about FNAF I'm not sure.
