Lately, the other moderators and I have noticed that the Tagalog forum and #filipino channel have not been used for their intended purposes. Speaking English most of the time instead of Tagalog is one thing, but turning the forum into another Off-Topic and the irc channel into your own private chat room is just ridiculous. If things don't shape up within a timely matter, the subforum and/or channel will be removed. This is the only warning that we'll give you.

I'm not sure why this thread wasn't locked for the outset, but I don't think any discussion is needed. This is just a warning; if you don't think you need to heed it then just ignore it. Acting the way you are is just going to make things worse.
