That's like saying, "it's easy to step in a dog turd so why not do it?"TristanShi wrote:
adding a channel is just super ez with few commands.
so why not create a space for a specific topic? lol
trust me, a #taiko/#ctb channel will not run as shit as other canceled channels.Rokodo wrote:

This suggestion is silly.
trolls get to everywhere, whether you like it or not.TristanShi wrote:

The two channels will almost certainly be completely dead.@anongos and everyone I know that's been in #twc since forever; pull out all the #twc logs you have please, preferably the millions that aren't related to the actual twc but the conversations of the Taiko community, which isn't necessarily about Taiko. From how I see it, there's actually a circle of people formed from the common interest that is Taiko and that it turned into the 'Taiko community' which doesn't necessarily discuss Taiko. It's almost parallel to the existence of the #modhelp community.
As I know #twc was allways full. Full with topics about Taiko no Tatsujin, maps, projects, TWC, taiko in osu!, privat stuff, off topic stuff..Kitsunemimi wrote:
Would be a cool idea, but it would barely make any difference. The two channels will almost certainly be completely dead. People will still be talking about CtB or Taiko or be comparing them against each other in #osu, and it'll basically be like #videogames (although I never go there, I'm just assuming people mostly talk about their video games in #osu regardless).
I don't see why 4000 people should chat in one channel. Personaly, I don't want read everything of every game-mod and how 100 people are spaming.Jarby wrote:

This. Honestly, looking at the logs would be mabye more helpfully.Zekira wrote:

Where the hell are my support stars when I need them...
I think people would automaticly speak english, but yes, I agree.dkun wrote:

but it would be nice if it acted like #osu in the same way that it's "english only".
The fact that people like bashing players because "etc. etc. Standard is better. CTB sucks. takes no skills. taiko is crap etc."Jarby wrote:

I was gonna post this, yeahNeoRainier wrote:
I'd like to bump this.

So true... well, I will contact peppy today for this. I think that's okay.Zekira wrote:

But this is proof that there are things that form a Taiko community here... we're still building our own language too! LOL
