I was just playing with my Mania skin when I suddenly noticed a maroon highlight on top of the circle of the LN. I can't send a video of it but I can send a drawing I made.
The LN is supposed to look like:

It doesn't make a gameplay difference but it is an annoying visual thing. The bug happens with every circle skin I have.
When and how the bug appeared
I went onto osu! Lazer and played for a while. After that I went onto osu! and the bug began. I thought it was an issue with osu! but I watched some gameplay videos of osu! mania with people with circle skins and the same visual bug appeared. I thought it must be a settings I have on my computer. After updating all my graphics drivers, resetting Nvidia Control Centre, resetting Intel Graphics Command Centre, changing Windows graphics settings and updating my computer the glitch still persists.
It'd be really great if someone could tell me a possible fix for this!
Edit 1: After doing some testing, this bug disappeared when I changed my refresh rate to 60hz. It affects me at 144hz and I am not sure about 120hz, 240hz, 360hz or 390hz.
Edit 2: It seems to be a graphics settings that is doing this. Fast transitions create this effect of a fading image of it.
Edit 3: I am not sure but it just fixed itself?!
Edit 4: I have located the problem. Enabling Panel Overdrive in Armoury Crate (ASUS computer) causes this issue.
