So basically i think ive been having this problem for over a year now, i wasnt sure to put this in the Help section as its not fully osu related, but just in general.
Basically i use my tablet literally as a mouse, this also counts ingame aswel, i use the tip as a left click.
But last year it randomly began acting weird, this was with my first pen which i had for about 4 years (as i bought a replacement by now cuz it was already pretty fucked), it began suddenly getting harder and harder to use the tip to click, like i had to literally sometimes use all of my force to even get it to react bcs it just slowly was dying or some shit.
Now with this first pen i couldve kinda understood, as it went through the horrors of accidentally falling into a soup, kid me washing it under the fucking sink (LMAO) and it magically working again after blow-drying it.
But ofcourse after it broke i bought a new pen, this one worked perfectly as new and nothing was wrong with it, yet somehow recently last month it had the exact same problem again (and note i didnt drop this one in the soup lmfao), like it was just slowly getting harder and harder to have the pressure tip to actually click, and eventually it just didnt do shit anymore.
In both cases the side buttons worked perfectly, although with the first one the movement also stopped working eventually.
Im just clarifying im not throwing the pen 50 miles into the wilderness, especially with my new one i made sure to take better care of it compared to my destroyed 4 year old one.
With all of this im highly confused as of why this is suddenly happening with both pens, and the pressure to be exact.
At first i assumed the first one was just done with all it had gone through, but now that its happening to my new one im kinda suspicious if something isnt just preventing it to be recognized as a click and hold/drag like it usually wouldve.
If anyone has an idea on what the problem could be it would b appreciated cuz im not endlessly buying pens for 20-60 euros every year when it could be easily fixed.
