4. 01:49:046 (1,2,3) - ひとつの折り返しスライダーにまとめた方が初心者にとってはリズムを取りやすいかなと思います。

  2つだけ提案です。

1. 00:55:713 (8) - スライダーの終点をx:16 y:192に移動させてみてはどうでしょうか。
2. 01:19:935 (9,10) - あとの01:22:602 (9,10)などと、３拍子か４拍子で統一した方が良さそうに思いました。

3拍子と4拍子の織り交ざったこんなに難しいインスト曲を、これほどの完成度に仕上げられるマッパーは他にいないでしょう(`・ω・´)

[Normal]:
Normal is a little hard, especially with the middle part >_< Try to simplify some of the sliders, or make the slider velocity & note spacing more even. It's confusing when the sliders are fast but the notes are close.
00:13:713 (1,2) - You should try avoiding placing notes so far to the side. Especially on [Normal]. Especially at the very beginning of a map. You can move these two notes down, and right a little bit.
00:25:546 (2) - Don't do these on [Normal] ._. You can change (1) to a circle, then make a slider at 25:046 go into (2).
00:56:379 (1) - Same as before. With this slider, it doesn't ACTUALLY go off the grid, so it's okay... but...
01:50:379 (4,5) - I think this part could be better if you do the same as 00:25:546 (2).

[Hyper]:
00:05:713 (4) - New combo. Doesn't matter if the previous one is only 3 notes long ._.
00:09:713 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - I don't know why, but it feels easier for me if these are 3 reverses. It's up to you. Make (1) - (5) have 3 reverses, then (6) have 4 of them. Also, you can put clap hitsounds on uhhh, well, you know. Just an idea.
00:23:963 (7,1) - Very confusing if you make them separate sliders. The 1/3 should stay in one slider with reverses, or two identical sliders. Make (7) a circle (or do something about it), and move (1) to 24:379 and add a slider reverse.
01:19:935 (5,6) - Weird, but ok.
01:48:379 (1) - Reeeally strange slider velocity change. I'm not sure if you should change it or not.
