Help finding BPM/Offset

Heyo, so I just started mapping yesterday and needed help finding the BPM and offset of this song.
I already mapped two diffs and I'm pretty sure I got the BPM right, but the offset is kinda bad (especially on the Normal diff).
If anyone can manage to find it I will be eternally grateful :prayge:

Hello Namazu420, I'm not experienced but i think i solved your problem with timing.
