Wow, the person who did the sb really wasted lots of time doing it. Next time try using loops, it will reduce a lot your work as well as the osb file size.
In any case, i do really suggest you to convert them into loops. Here's a little example

02:33:483 (3,4) - Move this 1/4th earlier, including the spinner i suppose. (Ah well, if youre going to do this, dont forget to extend the spinner)
03:26:626 (1) - I suggets a horizontal flip, just to give it a little bit of more variety.
