depends, if we are talking anime in general it would be pokemon, if we are talking first non childhood anime it would be sword art online, and if we talk about first anime i willingly wanted to watch and complete it would be darling in the franxx 
can't remember now but my first was either YuYu Hakusho, Slam Dunk, or DBZ

It was either Maya the Honey Bee or Heidi, Girl of the Alps I believe... but since I was like 3 years old there is no way I can be sure now.

I watched Pokemon when i was a kid, but i skipped a few episodes. My first anime that i watched all episodes was Aho Girl and Parasyte, both in the same day
Bakugan battle brawlers. I was fan of Bakugan since then.
It was either Cardcaptor Sakura or Inuyasha, I dont remember which one tho

My first anime was Sailor moon. I watched it in daycare as a child because another little girl had brought it with her. Been watching anime ever since XD
