So as i started my session as usual a couple of days ago, my left hand did not feel as comfy on the keyboard as it normally does. It didn't hurt or anything, I just didn't seem to be able to position my hand right. Now when I play faster maps (especially jack maps), my left hand takes twice the effort of my right hand to hit the patterns. It also tenses up really fast on fast stream maps and I can't seem to control that. It has been a bit more than a week and I still don't know why this is happening. Should I take a break? Or are there any positioning/stretching tips that can make my hand less tense? Thanks.
