Is there a way to define what is still say, chordjack speed and then what becomes pure vibro, as in, what bpm is the cap of chordjack, and what bpm is the lowest form of vibro? including longjacks triples, hands, jumps, etc.

It depends on how fast you can read these patterns. Chordjack typically has more complex patterns than vibro though.
Vibro doesn't really have a speed cap, it's more of a term for the technique. However, vibro maps are typically found in insanely fast speeds such as 350+ bpm, though there are ones lower as well.
