technically no you dont have permission, though that hasn't stopped most people from mapping songs anyway.
if you dont want to deal with the possibility of copyright though, map
featured artist songs, or attempt to find a copyright free song you like enough to map. Assume a song is copyright unless explicitly told it is okay to freely use.
