is there a way to fix skill after a break?
>literally my reading skill and my fast tapping got yeeted after like a week break and i haven't found a way to stop this from happening after breaks.
speed and stamina have the worst damage on it, also my left hand got slow as fuck

any tips?

Breaks always have this effect. There's no good way of stopping it from happening. The only way you can get back to that skill level is to warm up to that level again after a few days or even a week or more. Patience is key, but it's always worth it.
