Please help with timing [URGENT]

This is my fourth time ever mapping something. I'm good with the actual mapping, but I suck at the timing. I just want the timing to be perfect because I was trying to get it ranked.

What range of delay/early considered as fatal in rhythmic sense? 30ms?
Is 5ms too early/late okay or does it affect much?

My 2 cents:

5ms doesn't make much difference but if you want to be as precise as possible it can be irritating.

10-20 is where some people starts to notice the delay, but overall it also doesn't affect much.

30 onwards, yeah it matters.

Thank you so much. I'm the type of person to go crazy over something so minor that I have to fix it. 10ms might not sound like a lot but I could feel it and it made the gameplay feel super off
