Any tips on how to easily execute jacks?
or maybe the correct hand positioning ?

There's no real easy way to to jacks, all you have to do is vibrate your finger/fingers

move your hands and practice, make sure to not be tired once you need stamina and when you are tired it is almost impossible to jack, after practicing jacks for like a week take a break so your arms will recover and get better with it

play jack maps for warm up everyday and you will get used to it
