Philippines' first 4-KEY 1 vs 1 Tournament with teams of 2; Dala Dalawahang Sabungan will feature the best players in the country creating the strongest and most well-rounded pairs.Registration process:
1. Players will fill up the official google form and join the designated discord server.2. Players must be of Filipino descent (has PH flag in profile/can provide proof of nationality)
3. Teams will register in pairs, and should not exceed 20K difference in 4k rankings.
4. There will be no rank limit for the tournament.

Tournament Rules:
1. Scorev2 will be implemented in all matches.2. The beatmaps for each round will be announced by the Map Selectors in a showcase after each stage of the tournament.
One tiebreaker will be provided for each pool. This map is only played in the case of a tie with each player needing one point to win.
3. Players cannot play more than 2 maps in a row during a match.
4. Teams (both players) are to be expected in the lobby 5 minutes before the scheduled match. In case of a No-show, they will be given a 10-minute grace period before the referee declares WBD to the team present.
5. Matches will only be postponed if:
a. Both teams are no-show
b. No referees available
c. Both teams are missing 1 player.
6. Schedules of matches will be given to the players 1 week beforehand. Reschedules will be honored only until 2 days before the designated date of the stages.
7. If a player is disconnected, it will be treated as a fail. Disconnections within 30 seconds after the start of a beatmap may result in a restart - this decision is at the discretion of the referee / tournament organizers.
8. Failed scores are not added to the score. It will only be validated if the player revives and survives.
9. Lag is not a valid reason to invalidate a map.
10. Stopping the game by foul play, picking inappropriate warmup beatmaps, insulting and provoking other players or referees, delaying the match or other inappropriate deliberate misbehavior is strictly prohibited.
11. Unexpected incidents will be handled by the organizers.
12. All players and referees must be treated with respect. Follow the instructions of the referees and tournament management. Final decisions should not be challenged.
13. Penalties for violating the rules of the tournament are irrevocable, and will lead to disqualification of the player.
Qualifiers:
All teams that enter the tournament will be eligible to play in the qualifier stage. However, the number of teams who will advance to the next round will be cut down to 16. If there are less than 16 teams, byes will be introduced and will be set to the highest seeds. Seeds are determined based on the team's overall performance on the qualifier maps.1. The qualifier stage will have a 4 song mappool that varies in skillsets tested (Rice, LN, Hybrid, SV).
2. All teams will have two chances at each qualifier map, in which the highest single score will be used to calculate your final score.
3. Both players are required to play each qualifier once, with an opportunity to play all of them twice.
However in the event of a no-show, a team will not be disqualified and only the scores from the present teammate will be taken for seeding.
4. Scorev2 will be implemented. Players will be allowed to use Hidden, Fade-In, Flashlight, Mirror and NoFail mods to their discretion.
5. Teams are to be expected in the lobbies 5 minutes before the designated times. No-show teams (both members absent) will automatically be disqualified.
Seeding:
1. Only the top 16 teams will be heading to the bracket stage.2. Teams will be ranked based on their average ranking of every stage.
ex: Team A got 3rd in Stage 1, 6th in Stage 2, 13th in stage 3 and 5th in stage 4 will be given a "rank" 6.75.
3. In case of a tie in average, we will judge their total points instead.
Matches Rules:
1. A referee will create a multiplayer room 15 minutes in advance. Players must meet during this period.The room configuration is osu!mania, Team-Vs, Win Condition: 'ScoreV2'. The room name must be "(DDS Tournament): (TeamRed) vs (TeamBlue)".
2. Warmups may be given to each team, depending on their discretion. Warmups, however, should not exceed 4 minutes in length, and should not include explicit, sexual, discriminatory, and/or, contents that encourage hate.
3. Picks will run in a protect-ban system: protected maps cannot be banned, and banned maps cannot be picked.
4. Team representatives will !roll before protecting and banning and will follow the procedures:
a. The team with the higher roll will choose if they want to protect first or second.
b. Teams will alternate protecting starting with the team who will protect first. and then banning starting with the team who protected second.
c. The team with the lower roll will pick the first map to be played.
5. During normal tournament play, players will be allowed to use Hidden, Fade-In, Flashlight, Mirror and NoFail mods to their discretion.
6. Players will have 2 minutes to pick a map. After a map has been picked, the referee will start the match after 10 seconds (!mp countdown 10)
7. The results of each stage will be posted in the master sheet after each given stage.
8. Tiebreakers will be played by all players.
Bracket Stage:
After the Qualifiers, the 16 remaining teams will be placed into a double-elimination bracket. The number of points needed to win each match as well as the size of the mappool used for the match will vary depending on stage. Mappools will be released approximately one week prior to their respective stages.1. Round of 16: 10 FreeMod, 1 Tiebreaker, Best of 7 (First to 4), 1 Protect and 1 Ban per team
2. Quarterfinals: 12 FreeMod, 1 Tiebreaker, Best of 9 (First to 5), 1 Protect and 1 Ban per team
3. Semifinals: 14 FreeMod, 1 Tiebreaker, Best of 11 (First to 6), 1 Protect and 1 Ban per team
4. Finals: 16 FreeMod, 1 Tiebreaker, Best of 13 (First to 7), 1 Protect and 1 Ban per team
5. Grand Finals: 16 FreeMod, 1 Tiebreaker, Best of 13 (First to 7), 1 Protect and 1 Ban per team
