Could I make an Inner Oni (taiko) to go with a regular Oni I made for a ranked version of this?

If you say no It'll destroy the purpose of me making the other one easy rofl

Might as well fix that? ^

Seeing as you are using all of those backgrounds as part of the storyboard none of them should exceed 800x600 (they are 960x720 right now)

01:48:401 (3,4,5,6) - mehhh I guess for approval it can pass..would be nice if they were slightly closer though
02:30:401 (1,2,3,4) - spacing like this doesn't look good to me (even for approval) Try keep it slightly more equal if possible
02:31:324 (1,2,3,4) - ^

Call me back after fixes and I should be able to give this another bubble~
