Theme #2: New Mappers NOW CLOSED
Rules -
> Only mappers with 3 or less ranked maps
> Highest diff level cannot be over 4.05 star diff.
> Spread/diffs must be done at least 51% by the host
Guidelines/preferences -
> Highest priority to VGM songs
> High priority Spanish
> Mid priority English Pop/Rock/Hip Hop
> Higher priority if you already have a second BN
