For the most part I use the default skin, but I occasionally use exgon's skin

Technosu with e.cs catcher
a skin where the edge of the fruits and droplets/juice have a really simplistic shape (circle/square/hexagon/etc.)(having details in the shape is optional)
the catcher is just your preference
circle fruits are really good to show the hitboxes of the fruit, readability, etc.
square skin is good for flashlight, high cs readability, etc.
compare different skins of general skins and some experienced players and see what fits best for you.
