How can I make "TURN-BACK arrows" on slider????

I dont understand this. I was reading guides. I dont find any useful about how to place turn-back arrow!!!
PLS If you can tell me do it pls
I am not very good in english, but I am trying to understand!!!!!

1. Make a slider and pick the point you want to make the reverse.
Example:
Slider will reverse/bounce on white tick


2. Use "Right" button on keyboard untill white tick. If it passed the white tick alrready, the reverse part will be shown


3. Or, you can drag from timeline using mouse from the end of the slider
