what is the maximum weight to be able to upload my beatmap?

100 MB

The initial upload size is 5 MB with an additional 10 MB for each minite you map.

Of course you can bypass that by putting the object at the end of the map, and the rest is up to how long the song you are using is.

no idea how exactly it works, but this definitely isnt correct - see sotarks' overkill, map is 5 min and is 80mb (or 70 i dont remember correctly, but it still contradicts with what you said)

also that osz for me is 66.4mb with video, which still doesnt quite fit, but idk how sotarks did it.

oh guess i looked at unpacked map folder, not the .osz
well, like you said it stil doesnt quite fit either way
maybe wiki article is outdated?
