I've just created a map using the Nagatoro opening: "Easy Love", but now I'm panicking because I don't know if I can upload the map safely or if my account is going to be in danger.
I've read the OSU!'s guideline, but I couldn't found if the song is available for non-commercial use or not...
Any help??

All anime songs are copyrighted, for example the opening of Nagatoro reports "Copyright: Universal Music Publishing Group" (source: https://www.animesonglyrics.com/ijiranaide-nagatoro-san/easy-love). I never saw a DMCA claim for one of those songs but if you want to be sure that a map is 100% okay to use in osu! you can find songs from beatmaps/artists or sites like https://freesound.org/

There has actually been some anime songs that were taken down due to a DMCA file before, such as a certain MIIRO set in Osu!Standard.

Same thing with several rhythm game songs, such as beatmapsets/12710#osu/47462 and beatmapsets/166337#osu/421743 from Beatmania. Some people save these maps (anime and game), but it seems like these sites that save the mapsets are dying.
