I don't really know what it is, but the timingpoint on mark is 12294, but the editor always decrease it by -1 ON MARK after setting it it (For example i setted 12994 and then editor shows that mark is on 12993 but before it was okay) and so it repeats. Pls just check it by yourself it is really hard to explain, try to set timing point 12994 and then check if it is on mark 12994 or in decreased by -1 and it is on 12993
