louis was banned for being excessively vulgar towards ziin, whom was only trying to assist a mapper. unfortunately, the rest of your post is in russian, which i can't really read.
i am under the impression however, that you feel that a) 50% of the people here are selfish backstabbing assholes and b) the moderation team does not ban cheaters, only people who insult their pride.
you are probably correct in regards to a). what you are probably too angry to see is that louis practically became part of a) when he decided to shit all over ziin for simply stating the stark truth. his response was unacceptable and completely puts people off from helping others. naturally, louis was banned. would you prefer we did nothing instead?
as far as b) goes, would you prefer we reflexively banned all cheaters instantly instead of monitoring them, discovering what cheats they are using, disabling the cheats THEN fixing the scoreboards and subsequently disabling their score submission silently? we have tabs on every single person cheating at the moment. this is much more effective than instantaneously banning them, wouldn't you say?
what you are doing, giorgos, is assuming too much. in reality, you know nothing of what we do or how we do it. perhaps in the future, you will be a little less childish and ordain to sit back and watch things a little more before having tantrums over things you do not fully understand.
