How long should one wait before mapping Portal 2 ending song?

If it ruins any of the effect of the game I'd say approximately 1 month. If not then as soon as able.
Why would you wait? If you don't like having things spoiled for you, it would make sense to avoid any map with the source set to Portal 2 or a Portal 2 related image used as the background.

About ten days. It would allow people who want the game to be fresh for them, to enjoy the game fully before the ending song which is probably going to spoil it.
I enjoyed the first song even before I played the game~
