for starters, you're not allowed to own multiple accounts LOL

Multiple accounts aside, I'll try to give a quick rundown for stamina training (tl;dr at end). For starters, figure out what stamina you want to increase, because there's multiple. While training HS stamina for example can apply to all other skillsets, it's more useful to have a goal in mind and maximize practice. After that, play long maps of that skillset, that are above your comfort range and get you physically tired, then rest yourself. Come back later and rinse and repeat. For something like Edison for instance, you'd probably want to train with longer speed and tech files to maximize the gains.

Tl;dr: play long maps out of your comfort zone and train on maps of different skillsets.

some people might tell you to play a more minimalistic playstyle and tapping lighter. this works, though you should also try to play more explosively, as playing more explosively forces you to build stamina quicker. it boils down to preference here though

also, try to do wrist curls and reverse wrist curls with a dumbbell outside of the game. this might sound weird but it's a very effective way to build muscle and increase stamina. if you dont know how to do either of those than just look it up

finally, take breaks from time to time, because you might burn yourself out over the long term if you dont

How long should the break be?

You'll probably do best with a day break. Don't push yourself too far in one session/day because that'll only cause injury if done recklessly.

take breaks of between 1-3 days whenever you go many sessions with little to no improvement, 4-5 days if you really dont feel like playing
