If we're talking about singing, then it's definitely REOL (れをる). She puts so much energy and emphasis into her singing style that it's hard to even level the playing field when comparing other versions to hers. The only time I remember REOL falling short is her cover of ECHO, since it's better told from the perspective of sentient computer programs.
So in regards to singing, REOL absolutely takes the cake and devours it.
