[PROPOSAL] Adding Language Regulation in Code of Conduct for Modding and Mapping

Looking at the current Code of Conduct, there are several guidelines implemented that assure every player to fall under these policies. These guidelines include the contents; Making a Mod Post and Responding to a Mod which will be my concerns here.

To begin with, we need to agree that the current code of conduct are meant to be a clear concept of how modding goes ideally in terms of behavior in order to prevent any inappropriate actions from anybody and keeping the essence of the discussion remained.

There is indeed a guideline in Making a Mod Post that advise modder to post in the language (non-English) that they both, modder and mapper speak which appears to be very optional to provide an English translation of it:
"The wording (or even language) used should take the mapper into consideration. Are they a fluent English speaker? If not, stick to simple and easy-to-understand language. If you both speak the same language, by all means write in that language, but try to append an English summary of your mods and mod replies if possible, to ensure everyone stays on the same page."
However, there has not been any articles to specifically regulate the language usage in regards to Responding to a Mod which is necessarily fundamental as a matter of communication.

This condition sometimes result in a certain uncomfortable situation in beatmap discussion; for instance when a mod post could have replies with multiple languages (except English) underneath, that will obviously create vagueness of understanding among those who don’t speak the language.

There are few examples of this matter where discussions potentially turn into confusion because of different language usages:
1. beatmapsets/657533/discussion/-/generalAll#/1916276
2. beatmapsets/1229748/discussion/-/generalAll#/2178063

On the listed examples, the original posts are written in English that we commonly use to post anything in public forums. However It is very unfortunate to see how the discussion went down when some people started to reply in different languages that the post creators don’t speak. I believe this could lead to misunderstanding and inconvenience not only to the discussion starters, but to other people in the scene that don’t speak a particular language being spoken other than English, and will also discourage other parties to hop in.

Thus, I’d propose an addition in the Code of Conduct for Modding and Mapping, specifically for the content of Responding to a Mod, to regulate:
Every reply that takes place in English post MUST be written in the same language of the corresponding post. This ties everyone to maintain the discussion under the same way of understanding as the original post particularly in English as beatmap discussion is meant to be an accessible place for everyone.
In case of a mod post is written in non-English, this is most likely because the modder speak the same language with the map creator, which can be easier to understand each other (as explained in the content of Making a Mod Post point number 4). Hence, such condition could be exempted.

I would like to know what do you think of this suggestion whether we should strictly regulate the language spoken in beatmap discussion as proposed or let it be as lenient and/or optional as currently.
