I played through Shoegazer's dan courses and some others and I was thinking of making my own to practice on by myself with some of my songs.

You will need to put each song one after another. I recommend using Audacity for the audio editing. You will also need to edit the *.osu files for each dan to point toward the proper audio files. There will definitely timing issues you will need to work out. Finally you will need to copy over the notes from maps to their respective Dan and make sure they are in their proper place. There might be a map copier tool floating around somewhere.
