the osu! drivers for the star g640 are shit. just use the regular drivers: heres the link to the driver download page if you want to see the available drivers https://www.xp-pen.com/download-55.html
From experience I think the xp pen drivers may be shit too but you can opt for the Hawku drivers instead I think. And the slip resistant pads on the bottoms wore off after a few months and kept slipping a lot. But it's a pretty good starter tablet for its cheap price.
I could never get the Hawku drivers to work with mine, so I use the default drivers and they're pretty useable imo
Generally, most drivers that come with a tablet shouldn't be your proffered choice for Osu! because of the customization the 3rd party drivers have. They are made specifically for activities like Osu!, so the performance will generally be better. It's hit or miss with some tablets though, I'd say buy the tablet of choice on a site like Amazon & if it doesn't end up working, return it for another.
