For me, its gotta be Akame Ga Kill. Its actually one of the first few animes that allowed me to feel emotion for once, and that says alot about the anime. Highly recommend it btw (Its got a bit of blood and people dying though if you're not into those).

i forgot i watched that anime,yeah it was sad,especially the ending
I mean imo your lie in april was sad and all but we all knew it was coming. I mean what else could be used as a catapult, a strong catapult, for arima's return. But even so, even when i mentally prepared myself, the letter in the last episode made me close to tearing up. In a way, it left me in shock and I would get a shiver up my spine every single time someone would mention your lie in april.

AnoHana, that's the only anime I ever cried after watching.
But not sure if I would cry again since I was pretty young when I watched it though.
There was a lot of other anime that was sad, but none of them really made my tears fall.
